Hully Gully Feedback

Three years ago, Perry Coudenys, together with his son Kevin, came into Hully Gully. I spoke with Perry and Kevin, exploring all their boating options, and they decided on a new Bayliner 185. They absolutely loved the boat. After a couple of seasons, however, they decided to upgrade to something larger as they wanted to travel the Trent Severn. They came back to speak with me, and found the new Bayliner 192 was exactly what they wanted, and traded in their original Bayliner 185.

Then during the same week, Perry brought Larry and Patti, his other brother and sister-in-law, in to speak with me as well, and they also bought a new boat, choosing to go with a new Bayliner 192 as well.

A few days later, Perry brought Gerome & Rita, his brother & sister-in-law, into Hully Gully and introduced them to me to discuss their boating needs. They soon decided to trade in their 17’ aluminum Smokercraft for a Bayliner 210 cuddy.

My sincere thanks to Perry for the many referrals. Our Loyalty program rewards our customers for referrals, and Perry has earned an additional 3000 Ultimate Loyalty points!

On a personal note, I sold the two boats that they traded in.

That is 5 boat sales all because of one loyal customer.

Thnak you thank you for the continued customer satisfaction calls, e-mails, and paper mail correspondences. I've never dealt with a buisiness like this in the past. Customer care is really your number one goal, and it shows. Nice to see. The Yamaha ATV is great so far, and I'll let you know should I need (want) any other toys! If I was ever treated and welcomed as I did with you and your staff I would have bought a lot of things over the past years. Thank You - you're the Best Brandon Csernetics can’t wait for the dirt biking season to start. He just brought his friends Samantha & Kevin Galway to Hully Gully where they each bought dirt bikes. You can’t find a better family atmosphere anywhere. Thank You I can't say enough good things about Hully Gully, I first went to see you guys when I was a little kid 10 yrs old. My friend bought a little YZinger 80 and we put it in trunk of his Dad's car (tells you how big the cars were back then. That is how I got into biking. I came in wondering if you guys were the same as in Varna. Glad to find out you are Your place is amazing. I was at the Seminar - Wow - learned so much - what a great evening - so informative - everyone was so friendly - you guys are great - I really appreciated dealing with you - all the follow up has been wonderful. Thank You for making my first motorcycle buying experience such a pleasurable one. I was amazed at how Jenn (my consultant) & the entire staff conducted themselves while I visited your store. Everyone was very helpful, but not overbearing, making the experience comfortable & alleviating a lot of pressure associated with purchasing a motorcycle. I met several of your employees that day, and all took the time to just talk or educate me on my purchase. I reside in the GTA/Toronto area & can’t remember the last time I received the service that your staff provided. Everyone was polite, courteous & took the time to make me feel good about the purchase I had made. I was further impressed when I received an invitation to a safety lecture & follow up calls from your team. It's wonderful you take the time to keep in touch even after the sale.
