Hully Gully Feedback

Three years ago, Perry Coudenys, together with his son Kevin, came into Hully Gully. I spoke with Perry and Kevin, exploring all their boating options, and they decided on a new Bayliner 185. They absolutely loved the boat. After a couple of seasons, however, they decided to upgrade to something larger as they wanted to travel the Trent Severn. They came back to speak with me, and found the new Bayliner 192 was exactly what they wanted, and traded in their original Bayliner 185.

Then during the same week, Perry brought Larry and Patti, his other brother and sister-in-law, in to speak with me as well, and they also bought a new boat, choosing to go with a new Bayliner 192 as well.

A few days later, Perry brought Gerome & Rita, his brother & sister-in-law, into Hully Gully and introduced them to me to discuss their boating needs. They soon decided to trade in their 17’ aluminum Smokercraft for a Bayliner 210 cuddy.

My sincere thanks to Perry for the many referrals. Our Loyalty program rewards our customers for referrals, and Perry has earned an additional 3000 Ultimate Loyalty points!

On a personal note, I sold the two boats that they traded in.

That is 5 boat sales all because of one loyal customer.

NEW GXSR 600 I just wanted to say I absolutely love my new GXSR! I drove it all around today & plan to drive it everyday this summer! It handles extremely well on the highway and in town. The A, B, C functions are awesome. I just wanted to say thanks so much to Davefor helping us and it was soo quick when we picked up the bike today. Before stopping in at Hully Gully last Sat we stopped at another dealer and the sales guy was sooo rude.. and not helpful at all. When we went to Hully Gully it was so nice to talk to Dave & he was so friendly but not pushy. Thanks soo much Dave! I love the bike!( and I don't know how much time Chris will be seeing with it!) Hi Ryan a huge THANK-YOU for your expertise in handling my dilemma with the PFD. I sincerely appreciate the efforts you made to extend a solution and diffuse a potentially upsetting shopping experience. Good job! It was great to get off the phone with you and tell my co-workers about a feel-good customer service experience. More often than not in our IT department we run into Vendors who just pass the buck. Hi Karrie I trust you are well. I was not going to send this e-mail but since your customer service person phoned the house and left a msg I thought I would. I am soooo happy with the bike I am on it at least three times a week and my confidence level came up very quickly, Nick who you met is riding his daughter’s bike with me, and he thinks he will not last the summer without buying his own. M109R Hi Karrie Well after seeing the look on your face yesterday when I said this was my first bike, thought I'd drop you a line. Had a fantastic ride home. Went mostly along highway 3 to simcoe, then up 24, balance of the way in on highway 5. The bike was great. Great balance, great shine!! Hi Karrie it was a blast taking the bike home. The wind was a little chilly, but the sun was warm so it wasn't unbearable. The bike is quicker than I thought it would be, but I'm not intimidated by the difference in performance. When I arrived back in KW it rode it around the city showing all my friends and colleagues from work and they were impressed by my new toy. There were a lot of envious eyes so maybe I can cash-in on that loyalty program of yours. I will have a much harder time trying to convince their girlfriends and wives however. Thanks for the lunch and seminar. I suppose I will see you folks again for the 1000k service. Anyway, I'm off to take advantage of the sunlight and warm weather and get another ride in before sunset. Scooter Purchase We would like to thank everyone at Hully Gully for all of the assistance that we were given. We made it back home with the bike in great condition, no damage done on the 7 hour trip back home. The seat and windshield arrived the day after it was sent Thursday, and the person who reshaped the seat did a great job of it. We won't know for sure if Debbie will be able to ride it or not for sure for a couple of more weeks , as the city hasn't cleaned the sand of the streets from all the winter sanding that was done up here, so mit is a little dangerous for bike riding right now. We had a great shopping experience at Hully Gully and would send anyone there to buy something... I will let you know how Debbie makes out on the 250 Kymco when she has had a chance to try riding it. Merry Christmas Thanks Karrie and Merry Christmas!!!! I have to tell you a little story, If you don't know Brockville is a small town, about 22,000 to be exact, anyways the day of the delivery one of my sons friends drove by the Jail and saw the 4 wheeler on my trailer hooked up to my van, he text my son and asked if we got a 4 wheeler, so when I got home he asked me all kinds of questions and I had to come up with some pretty big lies, all in all my son said Christmas morning after the surprise was that he kept saying to himself, "there is no way Chris would buy a 4wheeler for Christmas, NO WAY!" It was a very interesting Christmas to say the least, one that I and he will never forget.
