Excellent customer service experience! ***** I recently purchased my first motorcycle, helmet and jacket from Hully Gully. Last week while riding my visor snapped off due to one of the gears falling out. I went into Hully Gully to see if they could service my helmet. I initially spoke to Wendy Ellul and she went above and beyond to get in touch with the warranty company. From what I understand the helmets are supposed to be sent away and serviced or the parts are to be ordered in. Fortunately after some time spent on the phone and computer researching the warranty policy, an associate by the name of Ryan Daleman took a look at the helmet and determined that they would replace the parts right away. Coming from a sales background myself I am happy to see such a recognizable company having their associates stand behind and represent the product they sell. I want to thank both of them for going above and beyond their job duty and making this a pain free experience! Submitted By: Adnan

Awesome! Im a multi line dealership based in the USA....I was after Yamaha product that isnt sold anywhere stateside and had tried Europe,Japan and then Canada....No one was any use till I came across Hully Gully! We have two locations,One of which has a $3million+ per year parts dept - Our customer satisfaction level is higher than anyone in our state and well above National Average....My guys are good but Jennifer Mossey was just incredible.....I got all the help I could ask for and then some.....She was really a cut above! You were always very attentive with my many, many questions and financing was quick and painless. You were very prompt in answering my emails (even after hours) and humoured me when I wanted to come in and sit on my new bike a time or two. Thanks for all the help with my Yamaha 750 purchase! I just wanted to say that I appreciate doing business with the team at Hully Gully. Bob Birmingham, Chuck and Darlene were all helpful in completing my purchase of the 1985 Yamaha 750. Now that the bike has a new home, I thought that I'd include a picture. I know that shipping to the US causes a few more challenges, but overall I'm happy to finally take delivery. Now I can get to freshening my "New" ride for the upcoming season. 2009 Yamaha 950 Tour Paul Goldsmith and Darlene Kinnear are wonderful to deal with. Paul recently worked with me on trading in my first bike (also purchased at Hully Gully; also a great experience) for this 950. When I had questions, both were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. Both worked very hard to make a dream come true - and when I took the bike for that inaugural spin around the block, I knew I had made the right choice. Awesome Dealership With Most Amazing Staff! I recently purchased a Suzuki motorcycle with the outstanding help of both Paul Goldsmith (mgr) and Wayne Evoy (sales). Much thanks to both of these gentlemen for all the late night and after hours email and phone conversations req'd to put this deal together. I drove in 3hrs from out of town to find the motorcycle expertly prepped and ready to go, exactly as promised. Great job guys! And while we're on the subject of recognizing the amazing staff members at Hully Gully, a special thanks goes out to Ms. Jennifer Mossey. I took advantage of a sale during my initial purchase and ordered a few accessories for my new ride. Jennifer was a most delightful, courteous and accomodating lady in helping me with my choices, and went to great extents to arrange shipping of my items once they had arrived at the dealership.
